Vinod "Vinny" Menezes President, C.E.O.
Mr. Menezes is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Subsea, Inc. Under his leadership, the Company has experienced phenomenal growth since inception. He has over 30 years of experience in the marine industry, having managed several projects throughout international waters.
Mr. Menezes currently serves on boards of various charities and non-profit organizations.

Capt. Ajay A. Talwar Executive V.P., Director of Safety
Ajay is the Executive Vice President and Director of Safety. He has been with the Company in various capacities since 1997, serving as General Manager, Project Manager and in general administrative roles. Prior to coming to Atlantic Subsea, he accumulated over 24 years of experience in the Maritime Industry.

George J. Daly, III V.P. of Field Operations
George is the Vice President of Field Operations. He has been with the Company since 1995, serving as Diving Supervisor, Superintendent, and General Superintendent. Prior to working with Atlantic Subsea, Inc., he was a Reconnaissance Diver for the United States Marine Corps. In his 25 years of marine work, he has successfully completed over 75 large marine projects for the Company, some of them being quite challenging.

Debbie Bouchaud Controller
Debbie is the Controller for Atlantic Subsea, Inc. She came to the Company in 2002 after serving over 10 years as Controller for a leading utility contractor. She is instrumental in maintaining a progressive accounting system and software for the company.

John “Jay” Bryan Chief Estimator
Jay is the Chief Estimator for Atlantic Subsea. He also provides engineering project support. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware and has over 30 years of experience as a consultant and contractor. Prior to coming to ASI in 2007, he specialized in waterfront engineering with Urban Engineers and S.T. Hudson Engineers.

David A. Conley Purchasing Manager
Dave is our Purchasing Manager. Prior to coming to Atlantic Subsea, Inc., he worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has built and developed relationships with key vendors and implemented effective supply chain strategies and policies.

Selma Rebello Corporate Treasurer, Director of Marketing
Selma is the Corporate Treasurer and the Director of Marketing. Through her marketing strategies, the Company has achieved substantial market share year after year. Prior to coming onboard Atlantic Subsea, Inc., Selma was a Marketing Analyst for Lasko Corporation and Fujitsu.

Daniel J. Howey Project Manager
Dan is a Project Manager with many years of Federal, State, and Municipal construction experience. He has successfully demonstrated an ability to manage several projects at one time. Dan has been involved in several design build projects of varying activities.

Donna L. Brady Accounting Manager
Donna is the Accounting Manager for Atlantic Subsea, Inc. Donna has been with Atlantic Subsea, Inc. since 2007. Prior to joining the company, Donna had worked in the marine construction industry for over 20 years as an Accounting Supervisor and Contracts Administrator. Donna has refined the accounting software for Atlantic Subsea, Inc. and helped the company achieve real time accounting results.

Dean Brady Marine Superintendent
Dean is our Marine Superintendent at Atlantic Subsea, Inc. He is charged with project and crew management for all marine projects. He has successfully supervised large projects in excess of 6 million dollars. Dean is very well experienced with barge modifications, marine vessels, and rigs. He is responsible for modifications of all the Company’s water rigs.

Scott B. Garson Diving Superintendent
Scott is the Diving Superintendent and Project Manager at Atlantic Subsea, Inc. He oversees diving operations for the company. He has managed very challenging projects ranging from underwater rehabilitation of marine foundations to nuclear diving.

Mike L. Plummer Marine Superintendent
Mike has been with the company since 2004. He is responsible for the dockbuilding, piledriving, and heavy construction projects. Prior to joining Atlantic Subsea, Inc., Mike performed these same duties as an active member of the Philadelphia Wharf and Dockbuilders Union for over 20 years.

Linda is our business and office administrator. She has over 10 years of experience in office administration in construction.
