Vinod (Vinny) Menezes

President & CEO

Mr. Menezes is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Subsea, Inc. Under his leadership, the Company has experienced phenomenal growth since inception. He has over 30 years of experience in the marine industry, having managed several projects throughout international waters. He plays a vital role in the firm’s growth, success and reputation. Mr. Menezes currently serves on boards of various charities and non-profit organizations.

Capt. Ajay A. Talwar

Chief Operating Officer

Capt. Talwar is the COO of Atlantic Subsea. He has served the company in various capacities since 1997. Capt. Talwar is a strategic and tactical thinker focused on work site safety, efficiency and risk management. Capt. Talwar began his career in the maritime industry with a vast knowledge of international waterways.

George J. Daly, III

Vice President

Mr. Daly has been with the Company since 1995. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Daly served in the Reconnaissance Team of the United States Marine Corps. He has rich experience in managing complex marine projects. He is a member of the firm’s leadership team.

John "Jay" Bryan

Chief Estimator

Jay is Atlantic Subsea’s Chief Estimator. He is also the steady hand behind the firm’s engineering support. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware and has over 30 years of experience as a design engineer and consultant. He is being consistently recognized for his contribution to waterfront engineering in the Philadelphia and New York City metro areas.

Melissa S. McCauley

Controller

Ms. McCauley serves as Controller for Atlantic Subsea. Prior to Atlantic Subsea, Ms. McCauley worked with area accounting firms specializing in accounting and finance. She earned her accounting degree from West Chester University and has been instrumental in launching new accounting processes, procedures and software at the firm. She leads the accounting department and ensures smooth running of the day to day activities.

Allen M. Morganti

Senior Projects Manager

Mr. Morganti is a Professional Project Manager, and has successfully handled large capital projects throughout continental U.S. His passionate, innovative and versatile style of management has earned him kudos from the firm’s clientele. Mr. Morganti’s expertise encompasses project management of a variety of a projects owned by both private and public owners.

Dean Brady

General Superintendent

Dean is the General Superintendent at Atlantic Subsea, Inc. He is charged with a portfolio of clients comprising refineries and ports. Apart from managing marine projects, his specialty includes barge modifications, marine vessels and rigs. He was responsible for modifications of all of the Company's marine rigs.

Mike L. Plummer

Marine Superintendent

Mike has been with the company since 2004. He is responsible for the dockbuilding, piledriving, and heavy construction projects. Prior to joining Atlantic Subsea, Inc., Mike performed these same duties as an active member of the Philadelphia Wharf and Dockbuilders Union for over 20 years.

Linda Roadknight

Business Manager

Ms. Roadknight is the firm’s Business and Office Manager. Her responsibilities include day to day office and human resource management. She has been with the Company for over 17 years. Prior to coming on board she served the industry in similar roles. She is an integral part of the operations team.

Keith Robertson

Marine Superintendent

Mr. Robertson has been with the Company since 2008. His expertise includes Nuclear Diving and Intake Structure Maintenance. Over the past 5 years he has overseen all of the diving projects, including nuclear diving performed at the Salem and Hope Creek Nuclear Stations.

Jay K Wilson

Purchasing Manager

With his purchasing expertise, Jay supports the operations team at every step of each project. He is proficient in implementing the most current supply chain tools at the company. He coordinates suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
